The 5 Biggest Productivity Myths and How to Avoid Them (Teleseminar)

This is a great time of year to look over your business and your life and find ways to get more productive. But there are definitely right – and wrong – ways to go about making it happen.

If you’re struggling to get organized, you know how frustrating it can be – you lose out on opportunities, you feel overwhelmed, you might even feel a little embarrassed. You might feel frustrated and ashamed because you feel like you’re “supposed” to know how to be organized.

The truth is – no one knows how to be productive and organized automatically. It’s not taught in school. Yet as an entrepreneur, your lack of productivity can seriously affect your income.

That’s why I want to introduce you to my friend Joshua Zerkel. He is a Certified Professional Organizer®, founder of Custom Living Solutions, and the Past President of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers. Joshua specializes in helping entrepreneurs and small business owners find EASY ways to get control over all the “details” of the businesses so they can focus on getting the right things done and making more money.

For instance, if you’re like most entrepreneurs and independent small business owners, you probably wear many hats – marketing manager, chief financial officer, customer service rep, and the list goes on and on. While doing everything yourself is fine for awhile, it typically leads to burnout and overwhelm. For you, and your business to be successful over the long term, it’s important to let some tasks go.

But which ones should you delegate? An easy way to decide is to keep a blank sheet of paper by your desk, and as you’re going through your workday, note down any tasks that you find repetitive, boring, unenjoyable, or where you find yourself saying “why am I doing this?”

These tasks are the ones, when taken in total, that are likely leading to, or adding to, your sense of overwhelm and burnout, and should be the first ones that you consider delegating or handing off to someone else. Taking these off your plate can lead to reduced stress and improved satisfaction for you.

But this is just the beginning of how to boost your productivity and start getting things done. Learn more on Joshua’s teleseminar “The 5 Biggest Productivity Myths.” Sign up now at http://bit.ly/xXkg59

Are you a talented Woman Entrepreneur who knows you’re really good at what you do, perhaps even brilliant, but for some reason you just can’t seem to get out of your own way and enjoy the success (and money) you deserve?

That was Georgina Sweeney’s predicament last year until she figured out how to transform her negative thinking and fear of being visible and earn over $100,000 in less than 4 months – without a website, a list or even professional business cards!

Following so many requests to find out how she broke the 6-figure mark so quickly, she’s finally revealing her “secrets” during two free calls on January 11 and 12.

In Call #1, Georgina’s going to share the six simple mindset shifts she made to break free to six figures, including:

6 Mistakes Teleseminar Leaders Make (and how to avoid them!)

We did a recent study to ask people what they feel are the biggest mistakes of teleseminar leaders. Here’s what we heard:

  1. Lecturing too much. When teleseminar leaders lecture too much, it’s like the adults in Charlie Brown - after a while it all sounds like blah, blah, blah.
  2. Too much content - yes, teleseminar leaders can actually can give too much info!
  3. Too much focus on themselves and not enough focus on the attendee - This is a biggee. Too many teleseminar leaders want to talk all about themselves and what they know. Remember, the teleseminar attendee is thinking, ”WIIFM – What’s In It For Me”
  4. Not engaging the audience -This is all too common. By not engaging the participant, they cannot retain nor apply what they have learned, making the teleseminar (and the leader) forgettable.
  5. Being unprofessional in their delivery - Managing the art of what to say, when to say it and how to say it makes ALL the difference.
  6. Not saying the right things at the right time when making an offer. When people feel scammed, that is the teleseminar leader’s doom.
